1) Click on the orange plus sign at the bottom right of the project list.
2) Select ‘New folder’ here.
3) Now enter the desired folder name and click on ‘Next’ in the top right-hand corner.
4) You can now add your internal employees as folder members to grant them access to the project folder. You can then choose to adopt the folder members as project members for projects created in the folder. To do this, click on the orange ‘Add’ button next to the names of the respective employees and then confirm your selection by clicking on "Create".
5) You can now create a project in the project folder. To do this, click on the orange plus sign at the bottom right.
6) In the next step, you have the option of adopting all the folder details already stored in the project folder for the project or skipping this step and storing completely new project details.
7) Now enter the desired project name and confirm the entry by clicking on ‘Next’ in the top right-hand corner.
8) In this final step, you can add further project members to the new project and then click on ‘Create’ in the top right-hand corner.
9) Done! The project folder has been created and a project has been created in it.
Good to know:
- Projects can only be created indefinitely by a user with an existing Pro or Premium licence and the "Supervisor" or "Owner" role assigned in Craftnote.
