1) As soon as you are in the desired project, you have the option of switching to the ‘Workspace’ next to the project history (‘Messages’). This in turn is divided into the ‘Time tracking’ and ‘Tasks’ areas.
2) In the ‘Tasks’ area, you can add a new task using the orange plus symbol at the bottom right.
3) When a task is created, you can fill it with further information. For example, you can assign the task to a person, add a detailed task description and set a date for the completion of the task.
4) You can tick off completed tasks by clicking in the box.
5) The completed tasks are then placed in the completed tasks area.
Good to know

A task can only be assigned to one project member at a time.

Only project members assigned to the project can be selected as ‘Responsible’ in a task.
