What are recurring tasks?
Recurring tasks are tasks that occur at regular intervals within a project. To create a recurring task, the ‘Recurrence’ must be activated manually after it has been created and the interval selected.
Once a recurring task has been created, it is ticked off after completion and automatically moved to the list of completed tasks. If a recurring task is due again, it is automatically moved back to the tasks to be completed and can be processed again.
Quick guide:
1) To add an interval to a task that has already been created, first select the workspace in the relevant project and then the ‘Tasks’ subcategory.
2) After selecting the task, click on the ‘Repeat’ entry.
3) Here you select the desired interval in which the task is always due.
4) Finally, click on the tick in the top right-hand corner so that the task can be automatically restored & edited again at the desired interval.
